What better way to start the summer by checking your health! I went to the Camelot Spa at The Table Bay Hotel for a Body Composition and Toxicity Analysis. It’s something I’ve always wanted to do. Pads are placed on your feet and hands and measure everything from body fat to the toxicity in your body. So you’ll know whether you need a detox before summer cocktail time, your body fat, whether your’re in your goal weight and more. You can also arrange follow up appointments to see if you’ve reached your goals and book for nutrition consultations too! I had the most wonderful massage to follow – *sigh* to go back!
