Mmm, so I wasn’t going to share this competition with you as I have a fetish for green vases, need a teapot, can never have enough Skinny laMinx tea towels and am always scrounging in drawers hoping to find a stray gift tag. Ooh look what I got in my inbox:
“Hello friends
My studiomates and I have decided to fling open the doors of our studio on Saturday 21 November, and we’d love you to come and visit us.
Medina Morphet and Odette Marais will be showing their paintings, and I will be selling my tea towels, bags, cushions, decals, and wotnot, and we’d love to have you over.
Please pop around between 9:30 – 3:00. It’s a little grey door between a German tourist bureau and the Cobra car rental shop.”

This is well worth a visit. I love visiting Heather at her studio on my sourcing trips. It’s so nice to see a persons work space and to wonder your eye’s and fingers through fabrics, handbags and whirls of colours and prints. It’s always an inspiration. Below is sneak peak of her studio and what you’ll find.

Oh wow, I want that round tub chair.
