Pamper time at the v&a waterfront

A week ago the V&A Waterfront in true style, along with Lindt and bubbly, dropped off a V&A Waterfront Pamper Pack,  a chance to explore and experience the Waterfront’s fashion and culinary delights. How spoiling!

I decided to stock up on some pamper goods to complete the experience, thanks to my V&A Waterfront Vouchers – so off to Women’ Secret it was to find a fluffy gown, some leisure wear and ….

Pretty Lingerie is so under rated – this was a pretty pamper treat indeed! Just love this soft, feminine lingerie.

The next step on my pamper route was a 2 hour spa session at The Camelot Spa at The Table Bay Hotel. Exhausted after a long week and a power shopping session, I sank into the treatment bed, appreciating every second of The Signature Camelot Massage. A full body massage experience, using hot stones and hydrating oils from a massage candle. So relaxing after a paraffin pedi leaving feet soft and smooth. I followed my massage with a long hot shower using the gorgeous Crabtree & Evelyn Amenities. An added spoil!

Relaxed and revived (with pretty toes) I took a stroll along the waterfront to check in at a  luxurious Village & Life marina apartment.

It wasn’t long though before my husband and I were whisked off for cocktails and a fabulous dinner upstairs at Quay Four. Prawn tempura, Crayfish and 3 deserts, yes we shared 3 – but the desert cart was just too tempting with mini shot glass selections, to my absolute weakness, cheese cake!

After a massage, fabulous food, fresh air and a good nights sleep – a lazy morning was spent savouring the delicious breakfast spread at Rubens. The room is large and impressive with its high ceilings and the the atmosphere had me wanting to get the paper or sit on an ipad and just slowly enjoy the a long, lazy breakfast and lots of good coffee.

Thanks to the V&A Waterfront for a fun, food-fulled and fashionable pamper experience…  I’m looking forward to going back and doing it all again soon!

PS: “Don’t forget there’s only one place to warm you up this winter and experience an assortment of fantastic restaurant specials, the big winter sale, take a few snaps of you and friends at our ‘Get Away’ V&A photo booths for the adventurous souls. We know you really want to get away this winter, so have that passport stamp – one stamp per day, a total of four stamps per passport and two entries per person. Do linger longer and park anywhere between 6pm and 10pm for only R10.00.” Love the V&A Waterfront
