“If you’re going to be in Knysna for this year’s Oyster Festival, do yourselves a favour and visit the launch of their Local Design and Food Market. It has been started by two young Knysna locals, Sarah Barnhoorn of Babazeka, and the talented jewellery designer, Stefni. They have selected over twenty designers from the surrounding area to display and sell handmade and vintage products. There will also be a great selection of sweet and savoury meals, hot and cold drinks, and the the lovely Heather Waters from Cape Town will be performing live too. You can find the market in the Upper Level of the Thesen Island Parking Shed, Thursday 7th July, from 6 – 9pm. Don’t forget to dress warm! “
