So it’s nearly touch down time – from Tuesday we’ll start putting together the Cavendish Square Comtesse Alexia Champagne Lounge at The Good Food & Wine Show. So, what has it taken to get there.
Lots of meetings and brain storming kicks off our project, and I create various different mood boards to get the creative juices flowing – and so that I know myself and my client are on the same page.
Wall paper and flooring is chosen for the stand.
A MASSIVE thanks to Twiice Group who will furnish our Champagne Lounge. I spent the morning there selecting furniture and planning how to place it. They couldn’t have been more helpful. Thank You Twiice!
I had plenty a trip to Cavendish Square this week to source from their decor and fashion tenants to create the four table settings I’ll be creating and having fun with at the show . . .

Isabelina at Cavendish have also been crucial in helping us create our “stage”, where I’ll be setting up the table scenes where some fabulous “fashiontainment’ (styled by Karen Burt) will be revealed.
Easy Life Kitchens are creating our kitchen on the stand where Cavendish Restaurant Tenants will create delectable food for you to sample – as well as Justin Bonello creating his ‘Greenjeanie’ Pizza for Col’Cacchio.
Eloise Timmis has the knack for interpreting ones vision to the Delectable High T!!! I briefed her to create me a few designs for the show . . .
Lots of time and patience is needed sitting making 100′s of tiny flags, but oh so worth it when you’re adding the final touch to your project! It’s the small details that add that special touch. Thanks Eloise! You’re my hero!
Oooh, I can’t wait to show you the creations Cakebread are making me… Ok I’m getting excited now. Heaps of admin ahead first, so I best get cracking! Hope to see you there! x
