New give-away from the wren

I’m really excited about this new Give-Away from The Wren. I know we all love to support local, so I was so excited when Wendren introduced to me her new Linen Patch Bag.

“How is it made? We couldn’t bare to throw away the off-cuts from cutting the
100 year old gorgeous linen grain sacks for the Antique Linen & Leather bags so we kept them waiting for this bag. Pieced together and lined with silk this bag meets its calling.” says Wendren

Wendren also states, “Of course each bag needs to be as practical as it is beautiful and the Linen Patch Bag is no exception. The bag closes with a strong magnet topped with a laser engraved wren. Securely fixed is a double stitched leather tan strap. Inside there is a petersham loop for hooking values onto so that nothing can fall out.

Size-wise, this bag is dainty at 20cm long (almost 8”), 14cm high (just over 5”) and 4cm wide(1.5”). The strap is 125cm (49”) and sits comfortable across your body hugging your hip or hanging low off your shoulder. It really just depends on your height and preference.”

This Linen Patch bag has three blue stripes that wrap all the way around the bag and the inside is soft blue silk. Too adorable for words. Just love vintage linens. 1 lucky reader stands the chance of winning this gorgeous vintage bag valued at R575.

Oh my word, it’s so hard to choose. But if I had to, my favourite would absolutely be the PPC bag. Having lived in Bots, I actually had no idea that you could do that with a cement bag!!!

    Truly ingenious.
