My design series

Soo it’s been a LOOONNGG! time since I did a My Design Series Post. But there are lots of exciting (hopefully for you too) posts in the pipeline. From studies and bedrooms being moved around to new carpets and frames and a bathroom renovation in planning stages. So,these posts should be back with a bang.

See below my latest addition to the kitchen. An old industrial shelf  I had. Works perfecting in my chalk board corner.

My design series

I’ve been quiet on the Design Series of late, but it’s still very much on the go! Still saving, dreaming, planning, finding!

Thanks to American Shutters for the lovely feature on their blog.

Here are a few more after pics by my lovely friend Emielke. I’ve so been enjoying this series. I’m in my element creating our home. It’s not a Top Billing Home! And this series is not about how we’ve made it better,  just tips and tricks to make a home your own, and lovely design elements I’ve found along the way. So if you’ve enjoyed this series, there’s lots more still to come. x

I’ve also been fortunate enough to have some super sponsors along the way.

Thanks to The Lighting Warehouse for our beautiful industrial hanging lights in the bathroom and guest room, as well as our free standing lights in the bedroom and lounge. They’ve really added the touch I was looking for.

Also, Mungo for the amazing towels that add that special touch to our guest room. I can’t wait to shop for winter blankets. Also to Lula Fabrics for the beautiful sheer linen fabric for the blind. I can’t wait to find some great art for the walls. The hunt continues!
